Elios Insurance Agency is a licensed independent insurance agency in California (CDI licensed). We facilitate the purchase of life insurance, final expense insurance, Medicare supplement plans, Medicare Advantage plans, and fixed annuities. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

Elios Insurance Agency operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment reminders, follow-up messages, and insurance information to contacts who have opted in. By opting in, you consent to receive up to 5-10 messages per month.
How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting a lead form on elios.life and checking the SMS consent checkbox. No messages are sent without your express written consent.
How to Opt Out - Text STOP
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Elios Insurance Agency is not responsible for charges from your mobile carrier.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Age Restriction - 18+
Our SMS program and services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
No Third-Party Sharing of SMS Data
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number and consent are used solely by Elios Insurance Agency.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms. Providing false information in connection with an insurance application may constitute fraud.

Submitting a form on elios.life does not create an insurance contract or guarantee coverage. All coverage is subject to underwriting approval by the applicable carrier.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
